Things to look out for at Pontypool RFC v Llanelli RFC this Saturday

Thursday 17th August 2017

This coming Saturday, Pooler welcome Llanelli RFC to Pontypool Park for the club's second pre-season friendly in preparation for the 2017-2018 campaign.

Pooler's preparations got off to a tremendous start last weekend, when the club defeated Tondu RFC 7-65, but the team will no doubt be wary of how much 'The Scarlets' will want to atone for their shock WRU National Cup exit at the hands of the men in red, white and black last season.

In addition to the action on the field this Saturday, there are a couple of things to keep an eye on off the field as well.

The club is pleased to share that PSM Sportswear is to launch their brand new pop-up shop at Pontypool Park this weekend, in what will be the first of several appearances throughout the season. PSM Sportswear will have the entire range of Pontypool RFC merchandise on sale, so be sure to grab your Pooler garb whilst stocks last!

The club is also pleased to share that supporters will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets at the match this weekend. Supporters wishing to purchase season tickets are kindly asked to visit the sponsors' entrance of the main stand, where you will be greeted by a member of the team.

Oh, and before we forget to mention - we are offering FREE ENTRY for Saturday's blockbuster occasion. The action gets under way at 2:30pm.

#PoolerArmy - let's make this another season to remember!
