Pontypool RFC is pleased to announce that Medinet has extended its relationship with the club to remain as primary shirt sponsor for the 2014/2015 season.
Medinet has contributed substantially to Pontypool RFC since first joining as primary shirt sponsor in 2009. Amongst Medinet’s most significant contributions was its generosity in facilitating the full cardiac screening of the entire Pontypool RFC squad prior to the start of the 2013/2014 season in addition to investing heavily to facilitate the introduction of new state of the art medical facilities at Pontypool Park.
“Medinet is delighted to be joining Pontypool RFC for another season,” said Medinet Managing Director, Peter Jeffreys. “The club has become a passion not just for myself, but for the whole organisation whereby the Medinet team constantly keep up to date with developments at Pontypool Park."
“The club has achieved some tremendous things over the course of the last two years and we are all very excited to see Pontypool RFC progress further next season, hopefully with the result being a return to the Principality Premiership. There is certainly a lot more work to be completed before then, but the club continues to head in a positive direction and we all can’t wait to see how it all unfolds.”
Pontypool RFC President and former British Lion, Graham Price MBE commented: “This on going sponsorship and the consequent relationship that Pontypool Rugby Club has with Medinet is a fundamental part of the successful season we have just experienced. It is an indication of the confidence that Medinet has with the current rebuilding process that is going on at the club both on and off the field and we are most grateful for their continued commitment to us."
Pontypool RFC would like to express its sincerest of thanks to Medinet for their continued support.
