Winger Walker Price has admitted he is loving life at Pontypool after scoring his second try for the club.
Teenager Price struck the third try as Pooler claimed a deserved bonus-point victory over Pontypridd to continue their good form.
Scott Matthews, Morgan Lloyd, Ollie Drake and Dylan Kelleher-Griffiths also contributed with Matthew Jarvis booting 16 points.
The triumph extended the club’s unbeaten record at Pontypool Park to 59 games and made it five consecutive wins in the Indigo Premiership.
“At the minute we are sticking to our game plan and it is paying off,” explained Walker.
“Everything we are doing, our structure, everything is sticking together and we are going to be a hard team to beat.
“I am absolutely loving it.
“All the boys have made me feel welcome, we’ve got a good set of boys here.
“We’ve got a really good bond altogether.
“In the changing rooms there aren’t certain boys over here and over there, we are all together and involved in the conversation.
“We’re a close team.
“I was a bag of nerves [at first] but I was really excited and I love it here.”
