Pontypool is pleased to announce the signing of forward Dan Hill.
The 28-year-old can play across the second and back row and has previous experience in Wales having played for Gwent rivals Ebbw Vale and Newport.
He has also featured for Dragons A, Swansea University and Wales Students.
His most recent club was on the other side of world with Manly Marlins in Australia before returning to Wales to sign for Pooler.
Hill has also played for Guernsey, where he won the National League 3, Clifton and Bath A.
On signing for Pooler, Hill said: “I feel honoured to be approached by a club like Pontypool who have such a big history and fanbase.
“I’m a big fan of the Gwent mentality and I have previously played with a lot of the boys at the club already so I know that they are a tight-knit group capable of achieving big things.
“I’m looking forward to getting going.”
Hill is in contention to feature against his former club Newport on 23 December.
