Inevitably, each season sees us part ways with some quality men and this season is no different
Amosa Nove has racked up 21 tries across 80 appearances since joining us in 2019 and some of those tries will live long in the memory of the Pooler Army. October 2023 saw Amosa score last minute match winning tries at both Cardiff & Merthyr in our first season back at the top table, both of which caused the crowd to go wild! Amosa is a truly brilliant guy to have around and he will be sorely missed.
Walker Price made his debut in 2023 and went on to make 27 appearances scoring 8 tries in the process. The speedster initially featured through our collaboration with Dragons RFC then signed permanently for this season having made a big impact in the Pooler jersey. This season has seen him limited to 5 appearances.
Evan Wood departs for pastures new having joined at the back end of the 2024/25 season after some impressive appearances for the U20’s. He’s made 17 appearances in total, crossing the whitewash on 4 occasions
Ioan Evans joined us for the 2025/26 season and has featured on 16 occasions. It’s been announced that the versatile centre will move on to Merthyr RFC, along with Evan, and we wish both well for next season in the Premiership.
Louis Rees joined this season from Carmarthen Quins with the rapid winger featuring on 7 occasions.
Ewan Burrows had a barnstorming start to this campaign which was cruelly cut short due to injury. The Newport Saracens product made 8 appearances in total.
Archie Lloyd made 5 appearances in total and the scrum half moves on having featured for Cardiff Met in their BUCS campaign this season.
Sam Berry has also featured in the BUCS competition this season for Cardiff Met and moves onto his next challenge.
