Pontypool RFC is pleased to announce that the Pontypool Free Press has extended its relationship with the club for the 2015/2016 SSE SWALEC Championship campaign.
The Pontypool Free Press will continue to serve as the club’s ‘Official Media Partner’ and will maintain a prominent presence on Pooler’s iconic playing kit throughout the entirety of the season. The Pontypool Free Press and South Wales Argus publications will also retain a supplementary presence at Pontypool Park, with the club continuing to gain substantial advertising space in the Pontypool Free Press newspaper.
“We at the Free Press are delighted to carry on with our support for Pontypool RFC,” said Pontypool Free Press Managing Editor, Nicole Garnon. “We have watched closely over the past few seasons as the club has tried to forge a new, brighter future for itself and we remain convinced that it is moving in the right direction.
“There is no doubting the commitment and support of everyone involved behind the scenes and we are happy to count ourselves as one of the club’s many supporters.”
Pontypool RFC Chief Executive Officer, Ben Jeffreys, said: “We are exceptionally grateful that the Pontypool Free Press will remain with us as the club attempts to continue on its upward trajectory next season.
“The Free Press is a longstanding partner of Pooler and their support during the many highs and lows this great club has experienced over the years has been exceptional and continues to be unwavering.
“We all share the same objective of bringing positivity to the town of Pontypool and we are most proud to continue our association with the Pontypool Free Press team.”
Pontypool RFC wishes to express its sincerest of thanks to the Pontypool Free Press for its continued support of the club.
