Pontypool RFC has received the following supporter guidelines from Llanelli RFC club officials ahead of Pooler's WRU Challenge Cup match at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday 28th January 2017.
Please note that kick-off is at 3pm and that the match will be broadcast live on S4C.
Ground access for all supporters:
Llanelli RFC Supporters and visiting fans all now gain access to the ground via the main South Stand to the ground (where the flag poles and Ray Gravell statue is located). They will be directed in reception to The Quinnell Lounge on the second floor (there is a lift for those with mobility issues) and payment is then IN CASH ONLY at the entrance to the lounge.
The Lounge is a large hospitality area with bars and food available. Seating is immediately outside the lounge in good quality half-way line seating so all supporters have a very good match day experience. This is a new initiative this season which creates a much better central atmosphere in the large stadium for everyone. The players also dine in the lounge which all adds to the experience and there is amply space for everyone.
Match entry prices:
Adult (full) - £12.00
Seniors (60+) - £6.00
Over 16s - £3.00
Up to and including age 16 - FREE
Car Parking is £3 for a car and supporters are advised to drive around to the front of the South Stand area for parking to avoid a lengthy walk.
If you can post this information to your supporters it will be helpful for everyone to expedite smooth access to the lounge.
Supporters are able to book an advance hospitality package for the game and this can be arranged on individual tables of 8-10 in the lounge. Typically, a match ticket, car parking and good post-match buffet will be included for a set price of £20 per person.
