Pontypool make the trip to Abernant Park on Saturday to take on Glynneath in the WRU National Championship, kick-off 2.30pm.
Pooler have made a good start to the season with big home wins over Narberth and Newbridge as well as an away win at Beddau. Glynneath lost at Skewen in the first game then beat Dunvant at home but were soundly beaten at Tata Steel last Saturday.
Last season Pooler did the double over Glynneath with a hard fought 19-15 verdict at Abernant Park in November in monsoon-like conditions, having fought back from 15-0 down after an hour’s play and an easy 76-3 win at Pontypool Park in the return at the beginning of April.
