Pontypool welcome Glynneath to Pontypool Park on Saturday for a WRU National Championship encounter, the clubs' first match for three weeks.
Due to the Christmas and New Year break, the last league games were played on Saturday 17 December when Pooler overcame near neighbours Newbridge 40-10 at the Welfare Ground while Glynneath were defeated 24-13 at home by Tata Steel.
Pontypool have a healthy twelve-point lead at the top of the league table with 14 wins from 14 matches played. Pooler are on 64 league points, Tata Steel 52 and Narberth 51, while Glynneath are in eighth place with 6 wins from 13 matches and 27 league points.
Back in September Pooler travelled to Abernant Park and came away with a 33-10 victory.
Ben Sparks is due to make his 50th league appearance for the club. Well done, Ben.
