After the very disappointing performance at Cyncoed last Saturday and their first league defeat of the season, Pontypool will be looking to bounce back this Saturday when they welcome traditional rivals Glamorgan Wanderers to Pontypool Park for a WRU National Championship game.
Victory against the Wanderers will secure the Championship title with two matches still to play.
Back in late November at the Memorial Ground, Pooler beat the Wanderers 47-11. It was close at half time but Pontypool pulled away in the second half to run out comfortable winners.
Glamorgan Wanderers currently occupy sixth position in the league table with 7 wins and a draw from 20 matches played and have 41 league points.
