Pontypool will be on the road on Saturday when they travel to Abernant Park to take on Glynneath in the WRU National Championship, kick-off 2.30pm.
Pooler have won all eight previous encounters between the two clubs including a 24-6 win at Pontypool Park in the WRU Cup in November 1975.
The reigning Championship champions did the double over Glynneath last season with a 33-10 victory at Abernant Park in September 2016 followed by a 34-13 win at Pontypool Park in early January 2017.
Earlier this season Pontypool triumphed 47-19 at Pontypool Park in September.
Pontypool, with a record of 11 wins from 11 games and 53 out of a possible 55 league points, lead the league table by 14 points from Narberth in second place and Pooler have a game in hand.
Meanwhile, Glynneath have been struggling somewhat this season and are currently at the foot of the table with 2 wins from their 9 games played and 9 league points.
However, this will count for nothing on Saturday as Abernant Park is always a difficult place to win and Pooler will have to play well to come away with the spoils.
Please note that the replacements will be announced later.
