Pontypool will be making their first-ever visit to South Parade Playing Fields on Saturday when they take on Maesteg Harlequins in the WRU National Championship.
The first meeting of the two clubs took place earlier this season at Pontypool Park when Pooler overcame their visitors 39-13 on 27 October.
Pontypool currently lead the league table with 73 out of a possible 75 league points and 15 straight wins.
Pooler are eight points ahead of second-placed Ystrad Rhondda and have three games in hand.
Maesteg Harlequins are in a very respectable 6th place with 7 wins and 6 defeats from their 13 matches played and 29 league points.
