After their emphatic 54-3 victory at local rivals Cross Keys last Saturday, Pontypool take to the road again this Saturday when they make the trip to Mount Pleasant Park to take on Beddau in the Specsavers WRU National Championship.
Pooler have only dropped one point in their 12 wins so far this season and are 11 points ahead of second placed Bargoed but have played a game more. Beddau are in 9th place with four wins from their 11 matches played and have 18 league points.
In the first match of this campaign, Pontypool overcame a spirited Beddau side by 47 points to 12.
