For their penultimate away game of the season, Pontypool travel to the Brewery Field on Saturday to face Bridgend Athletic in the SWALEC Championship, kick-off 2.30pm.
Earlier in the season Pooler gained a 31-7 victory at Pontypool Park so will be looking for the season’s double. It is a must win game for Pontypool if they are to secure a top four finishing position and gain promotion to the Principality Premiership.
If Pooler win at Bridgend and are victorious again the following Saturday against rivals RGC 1404 at Pontypool Park then they will return to the Premiership after an absence of four seasons.
