Hub Officers put through paces

At a recent CPD (Continuous Professional Development) session set up by Pontypool RFC’s Community Outreach, two of our local school hub officers Dan Knight (West Mon) and Louis Paraskeva (Croesyceiliog) were put through their coaching paces with the help of Pontypool United RFC's Under-12s.

“Both Dan and Louis were very knowledgable of different scenarios which were relayed to the young players with complete understanding," said Community Outreach Co-ordinator Tony Clarke.

"A very successful session of rugby specifics couldn’t have gone ahead without the help of Rhys Apperley and the Pontypool United coaches and their Under-12s players."
